Plenty of people want to back a creator before they are ready to spend anything, or cannot spend anything at all. Here is what genuinely helps for free, what it is worth to her, and what changes when you do decide to pay.
Free to browse · Monthly subscriptions and single unlocks · Pay at the moment of purchase

A HerFans account is free, following a creator is free, her public posts are free, and the likes, comments and shares you leave decide whether anyone new ever finds her page. Paid support is four things and nothing else: a monthly subscription to her page, a paid post, a paid message and a tip. Each purchase is paid at the moment you make it, on a secure payment page. The free side is not a consolation prize, because reach is the scarce thing in this category rather than money.
If the creator you want to back is on OnlyFans rather than here, the mechanics look similar but the payment side is not: OnlyFans requires a payment card. We cover which payment methods OnlyFans accepts and which prepaid and virtual cards work there separately.
This is the part most people underrate. A creator with a good page and no audience earns nothing, and every signal below feeds the ranking that decides who gets surfaced on the discovery pages. None of it costs you anything.
| What you do | What it costs you | What it does for her |
|---|---|---|
| Follow her | Nothing, an account is free | Follower count is one of the inputs to the discovery ranking, and her free posts start reaching you |
| Like and comment on public posts | Nothing | Engagement on a post is what moves it up the feed, where people who have never heard of her are looking |
| Share her link | Nothing | The single most valuable free thing available. Every creator in this category is short of reach, not of content |
| Claim a trial link she posts | Nothing, and no payment method is asked for | Tells her the promotion worked, which is how she decides where to post next time |
| Write her a message | Nothing beyond a subscription, since subscribers can message her | A reader who says something specific is the reason most creators keep going |
| Report a leak of her content | A minute | Feeds the takedown work described on our content protection page, and leaks are the biggest single loss of income in this job |
There are four paid things on HerFans. That is the whole list, and it is the same short list OnlyFans uses, which is deliberate: a fan should be able to read the page once and know exactly what can ever be charged.
Nothing else exists. There is no subscription to HerFans itself, no membership fee, no fee added to a purchase on top of the creator's price, and no bundle you have to buy to talk to anyone.
She keeps 80% of everything: subscriptions, paid posts, paid messages and tips alike, at one flat rate with no seller plan and no different rate per product. Every creator is on that same rate, and the fee is taken only from what a creator actually sells, so the platform earns when she earns and not before. The reason to know this as a fan is simple: on a platform that keeps 40% or 50% of a sale, half of what you meant to give her does not arrive. Our page on creator payout percentages by platform has the published rate for every major platform, including the four that advertise a number their own terms contradict.
You pay at the moment of purchase, on a secure payment page, for the one thing you chose, at the price on it. Nothing is added on top of her price.
The free side matters as much. Accounts, follows, free posts, likes, comments and shares all cost nothing, and a creator whose page is already being read is in a much better position than one who starts from nothing.
Every price on HerFans is hers: the monthly subscription, the price on a post, the price on a message. We do not set a floor per post, we do not run a platform-wide discount, and we do not reprice her page to move volume. This matters more than it sounds. A platform that sets prices centrally is optimising for its own revenue across thousands of pages, and the creator with a small, loyal audience is always the one who loses that trade. If a price looks wrong to you, the person to talk to is her, and as a subscriber you can message her about it.
First, do not arrange to pay a creator outside the platform. It is against the rules for both sides and, more to the point, it is where essentially every scam in this category begins: there is no record, no dispute route and no way to tell a real creator from someone using her photographs. Second, do not ask her to move the conversation somewhere with no moderation. Sharing contact details is allowed here, and that is exactly why the rule about payments existing on the platform is the one we hold.
An account, follows and free posts cost nothing and are not a trial. No payment method is asked for anywhere in that flow.
A monthly subscription, a paid post, a paid message and a tip. No platform membership, no fee on top of her price, no bundle you have to buy first.
The creator sets every price and keeps 80% of it. One flat rate on every sale type.
Open Explore and look around. Profiles, prices and public posts are visible without an account, and the public surface is safe for work.
An email address and a code, and you are in. Then follow the creators you like for free and message the ones who take free DMs. HerFans is 18+ and you confirm that when you join.
A subscription gives you a month of her posts. Paid by card, it renews every month until you cancel, and we email you 3 days before each renewal; paid any other way, it ends with the month you paid for, and we email you a link to renew. A single post, a paid message and a tip are single purchases, paid at the moment you buy.
Category pages are public and free to open. No account needed to look.
Browsing is free and the public pages are safe for work. Create an account when you want to follow, message or unlock something.
Adults only, 18 or over
HerFans is a subscription platform for adult creators and is restricted to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Nothing explicit is shown on these public pages: adult material is behind sign-up and is visible only to members who have confirmed their age. By continuing you confirm you meet that age, that adult material is legal where you are, and that you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy. Parents can restrict access with tools such as ASACP-listed filtering software.
