Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

HerFans does not tolerate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, coercion or sexual exploitation of any kind. This policy explains what is prohibited, how the platform is built to make exploitation hard, how anyone can report it, and what we do when they do.

Last updated: October 5, 2026. This is our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy, and our declaration against modern slavery. Applies to every account, every creator, every member of a creator's team, every person appearing in content, every fan and every visitor, wherever they are. HerFans is operated by the company identified in our Legal Notice. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and our prohibited content policy, which both bind every user.

Zero tolerance

Every person who creates or appears in content on HerFans must be an adult who chose to be here, acts on her own behalf, and is paid into her own account. Anything that breaks that is removed, the accounts involved are closed, and, where the law requires it, the case is reported to the authorities. Consent obtained by force, threat, fraud, debt or deception is not consent.

2. Prohibited on HerFans

The full list of what may never be published is on the prohibited content page.

3. Every creator is a verified adult, approved by a person

4. Everyone else in the content consents for themselves

5. Content is checked before anyone sees it

Every photograph and video uploaded to HerFans is checked before it can be seen by anyone, a subscriber included. Anything that raises a doubt, including a person who appears to be under 18, distressed, unconscious, coerced or unaware of being filmed, is held and decided by a person before it can be published. Content showing anyone other than the verified creator, without that person's own verification and release on file, is not published.

6. The money goes to the creator and to no one else

7. How to report

Anyone can report suspected trafficking, coercion or exploitation, with or without an account, and you do not need to be the person affected. Use the complaints and content removal form and choose Suspected illegal content, or Consent if you appear in something you did not agree to. Every profile and post also has a report option. You can also write to support@herfans.com. A creator who is being pressured can write to us from her own account or from any address.

If someone is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first: 911 in the United States, 112 in the European Union. In the United States the National Human Trafficking Hotline answers at 1-888-373-7888, or by text to 233733.
