HerFans is a creator subscription platform. This page identifies the company that operates it, names the custodian of the records kept under 18 U.S.C. 2257, and says how to reach us.

The operator is the seller of everything bought on HerFans. It sells access to content and services in its own name and on its own account, it receives every payment into its own account, and it is responsible to the buyer for payments, refunds and complaints. Creators license their content to the operator and are paid by it under the Content Creator Agreement.
The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for material appearing on this site are kept by the custodian below. The full statement is on our 2257 page.

Authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the Board, and users of this service, can reach us directly at support@herfans.com. We answer in English and Polish, and a person reads every message.
Every photograph and video uploaded here is classified automatically before anyone can see it. Anything that classification flags, and anything it cannot judge, is held and reviewed by a person before it is published. A decision that restricts what someone posted is sent to her in writing with the reason, whether automated means were used, and the ground for it.
Any such decision can be contested at appeals, which is open without an account and is read by a person. Reports of illegal or non-consensual content go to complaints and are handled ahead of everything else.

HerFans is a subscription platform for adult creators and is restricted to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Nothing explicit is shown on these public pages: adult material is behind sign-up and is visible only to members who have confirmed their age. By continuing you confirm you meet that age, that adult material is legal where you are, and that you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy. Parents can restrict access with tools such as ASACP-listed filtering software.
