A charge you do not recognise? It may be a purchase on HerFans

HerFans is a subscription platform for adult creators. No card is charged on HerFans today: payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments and do not appear on a card statement. When card payments are added, the exact text a charge carries will be published here and on our billing page before the first card payment is taken.

How a HerFans charge reads

Card payments are not taken on HerFans yet, so no card statement carries a HerFans charge today. When card payments are added, the exact text will be published here and on our billing page before the first card payment is taken. A purchase made in cryptocurrency is listed in your HerFans account and in the history of the wallet you paid from.

Find the purchase

If you have a HerFans account, sign in and open your purchases. Every charge is listed with its date, amount, what it was for and the creator it went to.
If you are not sure which address was used, enter it below. If it has an account, we email that address a link to its purchase history. This page shows the same answer for every address, so nobody can use it to find out who has an account.
If someone else in your household uses your card, ask them first. It is the most common explanation.

Want your money back?

Next to every purchase on your purchases page there is Report a problem with this purchase. Within 30 days of a purchase you can choose I want a refund there, no reason needed. Later, if the payment was not yours or something went wrong on our side, report it the same way. We reply within 5 business days and refund it the way it was paid. See our refund policy.

If the card was used without your permission, or the purchase is older, write to support@herfans.com with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. We reply within 24 hours.

You can also dispute a charge with your bank at any time. It is your right; it is just slower. More on our refunds page and billing page.
