How to pay on HerFans

You pay when you buy something: a subscription, a post, a message or a tip. You'll always see the exact price before you pay.

Already have crypto?

1. Tap Subscribe, Unlock or Tip, then Pay with crypto, and pick your coin.
2. Scan the QR code with your wallet app, or copy the address and the exact amount.
3. Send it on the network shown on the page.
4. That's it. Your payment is confirmed automatically, usually within a few minutes.

No crypto? Buy it with your card

Takes about 10 minutes the first time.

Open Coinbase

1. Open Coinbase and sign up with your card.
2. Buy USDC for at least the price of what you're buying, plus a dollar for fees.
3. On HerFans, tap Pay with crypto to get our address, then in Coinbase tap Send and paste it with the exact amount.
4. Come back to HerFans. We'll confirm your payment automatically.

Using another app?

Binance (not in the US): buy USDT or USDC with your card, then withdraw it to our address on the same network.
Revolut (UK and EU): buy USDC in the Crypto tab, then send it to an external wallet.
Cash App (US): buy Bitcoin, pick BTC here, then send it to our address.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund of any purchase within 30 days, by card or crypto, no reason needed. Open your purchases page, press Report a problem with this purchase and choose I want a refund, or email support@herfans.com. We reply within 5 business days. A card payment goes back to the card, a crypto payment in the same coin to an address you give us, and access to the purchase ends.
