Anyone can use this page. You do not need a HerFans account, you do not need to have bought anything, and you do not need to be the person affected.

If illegal or unconsented content is reported, it will be removed within 24 hours.
All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant's satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.
Every complaint is read by a member of our team, and every complaint gets an answer telling you what we decided and what we did. Nothing here is closed silently or automatically.
We investigate and resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receiving it. If we need something from you to get there, we ask before that deadline, not after.
Content reported as illegal, as involving a minor, or as published without the consent of someone in it is taken out of circulation while we investigate, not after, and illegal or unconsented content is removed within 24 hours. Illegal content is reported to our payment provider and to the authorities where the law requires it.
Who. Anyone: fans, creators, models and other people who appear in content, members of a creator's team, people who believe they are shown in something here without their agreement, and people with no account at all.
How. Use whichever is easiest. Each reaches the same team and is held to the same deadlines.
A message, a chat or a live stream can be reported the same way: put the link or the creator's username in the form, and describe what you saw.
Tell us what happened in your own words. The more precisely you can point at the content or the charge, the faster we can act.
The moment you press send, your complaint is written to our records and you get a reference number by email. It is stored before we try to send you anything, so even a mail failure on our side cannot lose it. Quote that reference in any reply.
A person confirms we have it and tells you if we need anything else from you.
We look at the content, the account behind it, the verification records and the consent records on file, and the payment record where money is involved. For a consent claim we compare what you tell us against the release the creator gave us before publishing.
You get our decision in writing, with the reason for it. If we removed content, we say so. If we did not, we say why.
If you disagree, reply to us and a person reviews the case again, wherever possible somebody other than whoever decided first. Say what you think we got wrong and add anything new. We answer an appeal on the same clock as the original complaint.
This is the case this page matters most for, so it has its own rules and its own, shorter clock.
Intimate images published without consent come down within 24 hours of a report. That includes copies of the same material elsewhere on the platform once we know about them, and it includes synthetic images and deepfakes made to look like you. The TAKE IT DOWN Act allows platforms 48 hours; we work to 24, and that applies whatever else is going on with the case.
Choose Consent in the form above and give us your name and the link, or a description precise enough for us to find the content. You do not have to prove who you are before we act. We take the material out of circulation first, and verify afterwards.
We will ask you for enough to confirm you are the person shown, because otherwise the same route could be used to take down a creator's work maliciously. When we do ask, we ask for the least we can work with, we tell you exactly what we will do with it, and once the case is closed you can ask us to delete it.
If the content is illegal, we preserve the evidence and report it to the authorities, whether or not you want us to. If it is on another site rather than on HerFans, use the content protection form instead and we will help you file a takedown with the host.
Withdrawal of consent is absolute here. If you appear in content on HerFans and you want it gone, it goes, whatever release was signed at the time. Where we hold a release and we do not agree that it is void, we still take the material down, and we do not decide the argument ourselves. It goes to an independent mediator, we pay for it, and if the mediation does not end in agreement you win. The next section says exactly who and how.
The content comes down first, and it stays down. If we cannot establish that a person shown in material here consented to it, or if she shows us that her consent is void under the law that applies to her, the material is removed immediately. That does not wait for us to agree with her, and it does not wait for anybody else to decide anything. If we think she is wrong, the material is still down while that is worked out.
The disagreement goes to someone who is not us, and we pay for it. We will not be the judge of our own case. Where we disagree that a consent is void, the question goes to mediation before an independent mediator at Polskie Centrum Mediacji (Polish Mediation Centre), an established mediation centre in Warsaw, Poland, with the mediator paid at the rates set by the Polish Minister of Justice for mediators in civil proceedings. We pay its fees in full, the mediator's fee and the centre's expenses, whichever way it ends and whether the referral came from us or from her. We ask for the sessions to be held by video, so she does not have to travel. If she does not speak the language of the mediation, we provide and pay for a translator or interpreter, a sworn one where that is needed. She carries only her own costs if she chooses to take advice, and she does not have to.
If the mediation does not end in agreement, she wins. A mediator helps both sides reach an agreement and does not impose one. So we have bound ourselves to the outcome in advance: if the mediation ends without an agreement, or she decides not to take part in it, the question is settled in her favour and the material stays down for good. The only way it can come back is if she herself agrees to that in the mediation.
How it runs, with dates on it:
Nothing here takes anything away from her. Using this route does not stop her going to a court, to a regulator, to a data protection authority or to an out of court dispute body in her own country, it does not shorten any time limit she has anywhere else, and she can do those things as well as this rather than instead of it. The outcome binds us. Nothing binds her that she has not agreed to herself.
You can also write to us directly at support@herfans.com. Mail to that address reaches the same team and is held to the same deadlines.
Adults only, 18 or over
HerFans is a subscription platform for adult creators and is restricted to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Nothing explicit is shown on these public pages: adult material is behind sign-up and is visible only to members who have confirmed their age. By continuing you confirm you meet that age, that adult material is legal where you are, and that you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy. Parents can restrict access with tools such as ASACP-listed filtering software.
