No. The platform fee is the only charge on your earnings, there is no separate processing fee on top, and fans are never charged to browse or sign up. The only other deduction is the shoutout share you set yourself for creators who send you fans.
Yes. Every creator pays the same rate, whenever she joined and however much she sells. The one exception is published: a creator who asks us to do her promotion for her pays a larger share of what she sells instead of paying for that work, for a stretch agreed with her in advance and with an end date she can see on her own screen. Nothing changes without her agreeing to it first.
