There is no single best site to sell content, but there is a best site for what you sell. For the biggest buyer base, OnlyFans. For kink and niche discovery with refunds you control, Fansly. For selling clips, ManyVids or, for fetish buyers, Clips4Sale. For feet content, FeetFinder. For women who want a flat 20% fee and a watermark baked into every file, HerFans. Whichever you pick, avoid building a business on a site that will not publish what it pays you.

We run one of the sites below, so weigh that. It is also why this comparison uses only what each company puts in writing: the rate a creator keeps, when the money reaches you, and who decides a refund. Where another site beats us, the table says so.

Sorted by what the company itself publishes. A blank in the second column is not an oversight, it is the finding.

Best sites to sell adult content, by what you sell

The right site depends less on the fee than on the format your buyers want. The same creator often uses two sites for two formats.

Subscriptions and pay-per-view

OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue and HerFans all sell monthly subscriptions, locked posts and paid messages, and the first three keep 20% while HerFans keeps a flat 20%. The differences are the audience and the rules. OnlyFans brings the most buyers. Fansly lets you issue refunds yourself, which OnlyFans reserves for itself. HerFans lets you block countries for existing subscribers too, not just new ones. Our OnlyFans alternatives compared page goes deeper on this group.

Clips and custom videos

Clip stores sell individual videos to buyers who may never subscribe. ManyVids pays 80% on memberships and customs but 60% on standard video sales, so check which revenue type most of your sales will be. Clips4Sale pays 60% on clips and 80% on tips and customs, per its own creator help center, and its buyers search by fetish category, which suits a narrow niche (our guide to the best sites to sell fetish content compares it with IWantClips and FetishFinder). If you sell custom content, look for a site that holds the fan’s payment until you deliver, so neither side can walk away with the other’s money.

Photos

Photo sets sell best as locked posts inside a subscription, or as one-off unlocks to fans who found you elsewhere. The site matters less than protecting the file, because a leaked set competes with the one you are selling. Our guide to selling photos online covers pricing and protection.

Feet content

Feet buyers shop on dedicated marketplaces. FeetFinder’s terms, effective 30 January 2026, put a seller’s share at 90% on Basic and 100% on Premium (its FAQ says sellers earn 90% on all sales), against a monthly seller plan of $4.99 or $14.99, and it has the largest buyer base in the niche. See our best sites to sell feet pics comparison for the full breakdown.

Paid messaging and calls

Per-message and per-minute sites pay less. SextPanther creators report keeping 60% on texts and media, and NiteFlirt’s effective split works out to about 56% at its $0.99 minimum. If chat is your main product, our sexting income guide compares them.

What $1,000 of sales pays you on each site

Percentages hide the money. Here is the same $1,000 of fan spending on each site that publishes enough to calculate it.

Site and revenue typeYou keep from $1,000
HerFans (a flat 20%)$800
OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue$800
ManyVids memberships and customs$800
ManyVids video sales$600
FeetFinder Premium, after the $14.99 plan$985.01
FeetFinder Basic, after the $4.99 plan$895.01
Clips4Sale clip sales (60%)$600
Slushy, 50% of net receiptsUnder $500, because vendor fees come off first

Two honest readings. On a pure rate basis, a feet seller doing $1,000 a month keeps more on FeetFinder than on any subscription site, us included. And HerFans, OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue are level at 80%, so the rate settles nothing and the rest of the choice is audience, rules and what the platform does for you. Our creator payout percentages page tracks the rates as they change.

Sites that will not tell you what they pay

Two established sites publish no creator rate at all. The JustForFans terms of use run to 31,197 characters, and the words commission, payout and minimum appear zero times. FanCentro’s public help center is 38 articles, and not one names a rate. Creators on both report numbers, but a number you cannot point to on the company’s own page is a rumor, not a rate. LoyalFans is easy to mistake for a third: its 29 article help center names no commission, payout schedule or minimum, but its payout page states 80% to creators and its terms set a 20% fee.

Slushy is the opposite problem. It does publish a number, and it is lower than its reputation. Reviews repeat a 75/25 split, while the creator terms we read in September 2026 set creator earnings at fifty percent of net receipts, in a clause that even reads “seventy five percent (50%)”.

How to choose where to sell content

Four questions, in this order, whichever site you are considering.

Does the company publish the rate? If not, you cannot forecast or price. Does it publish a minimum payout and how long sales sit pending? OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue each hold sales for about 7 days before you can withdraw, with a $20 minimum. ManyVids pays weekly on Wednesdays from $50. Who decides refunds? OnlyFans decides for you, Fansly lets you decide, and JustForFans refuses refunds outright, which pushes disputes to the fan’s bank as chargebacks. And can you leave with your files and your audience? Keep a link you own at the center of your bio, so every site is somewhere you sell rather than somewhere you are stuck.

Can you sell content on more than one site?

Yes, and most established creators do. None of the major sites forbids selling elsewhere, and running two lets you compare real payouts on the same content rather than trusting a review. Put a different format on each, such as subscriptions on one and clips on another, so you are not asking the same fans to pay twice for the same set.

What is the best site to sell content for beginners?

The site where your first buyers already are. If you have followers on social media, a subscription site you can link from your bio works from day one. If you have none, a marketplace with its own search, such as a clip store or FeetFinder, brings buyers to you while you build. Either way, the platform cut matters most when your income is smallest, which is why HerFans charges one flat 20% and no monthly seller plan. You can open a page with the tool at the top of this page.

A flat 20%, and nothing else

How to start in three steps

1

Create your free page

Sign up in seconds with email, pick a creator name, and set up your profile. No upfront cost.

2

Add your content

Upload photos and videos, set a monthly subscription price, and lock premium posts behind pay-per-view.

3

Get paid

Fans subscribe, tip and unlock your content. You ask for a payout from your dashboard once your available balance reaches the published minimum. Each sale is pending for 30 days, the period in which refunds and most card disputes arrive, and 10% of it is held as a reserve until day 120. For a sale paid by card, the reserve is held longer, up to day 206, because our card processor keeps its own reserve on that payment for 26 weeks and it is released to you once it has been returned to us.
