We run a competing creator platform, so read this knowing our bias. That is also why we did not recycle the numbers every other LoyalFans review repeats. We read its payout page and terms of service on 1 October 2026, all 29 articles in its help center, and its complete public Trustpilot record.

LoyalFans is a real, working platform and it is free to join. It is not a scam in the ordinary sense of the word. It publishes its money terms, just not where most creators look. Its payout page states 80% to creators on live streaming, subscriptions, video store sales and messaging, paid twice a month with a $50.00 minimum by ACH, wire transfer, SEPA or Paxum. Its terms of service, last modified 8 July 2026, state: “Our fee is 20% of the total Fan Payment.” Its help center says none of this: across 29 articles and 58,445 characters, the word commission appears zero times and the word payout appears once, in an instruction to email support.
An earlier version of this review said LoyalFans had never put its 80/20 split in writing. That was wrong: we had read only the help center, and the figure is on the payout page and in the terms. This page separates what LoyalFans commits to in writing from what it still leaves out, such as the size of payout method fees, which it shows only inside account settings.
Yes. LoyalFans is a legitimate, operating creator platform, not a fake site. It has run since at least 2021, it processes card payments, it verifies creator identity before you can earn, and it pays creators. Its help center is detailed and current, with 29 articles covering live streaming, the video and audio store, shoutouts, paid one on one calls and integrations with Kiiroo and Lovense hardware. It even runs weekly live walkthroughs on Calendly, and offers them in French, Italian and Spanish on request. None of that is the behavior of a scam.
What is fair to say is that LoyalFans is unusually quiet in public. It has not claimed its Trustpilot profile. It has not replied to a single review there. And its help center documents how to pair a Bluetooth toy in more detail than it documents how you get paid; the payout rules sit on a separate payout page and in the terms.
Yes, LoyalFans is free to join for both creators and fans. There is no signup fee, no monthly charge to keep a creator profile open, and no subscription required to browse. Creators pay through a revenue share on what they earn instead of an upfront cost. LoyalFans does cap what you can charge: its own settings documentation states that a monthly subscription price must be between $1 and $50, so you cannot price a subscription above $50 a month on the platform.
Free to join is not the same as free to use. The revenue share is the real price: its terms of service set the fee at 20% of each fan payment, and some payout methods add processing fees that LoyalFans shows only in your account settings.
Yes, though not in its help center. Its payout page shows 80% next to live streaming, subscriptions, video store sales and messaging, and its terms of service, a contract with TLFPAY, LLC, a Delaware company, state: “Our fee is 20% of the total Fan Payment and will be deducted from each Fan Payment.” The help center is a different story. We searched the full text of all 29 of its articles, and here is exactly what we found.
| Term searched | Times it appears | What that means for a creator |
|---|---|---|
| commission | 0 | The help center never names the cut; the terms do (20%) |
| 80% or 20% | 0 | The split is on the payout page and in the terms, not in the help center |
| payout | 1 | The single mention tells you to email support with payout questions |
| minimum payout | 0 | The $50.00 minimum is on the payout page, not here |
| withdraw | 0 | None needed: the terms make payouts automatic twice a month |
| bank, wire, Paxum | 0 | ACH, wire, SEPA and Paxum are named on the payout page instead |
| tax, W-9 | 0 | No US tax guidance at all, unlike ManyVids which requires a W9 up front |
What this proves is narrower: the help center is the wrong place to read LoyalFans’ money terms. The terms of service are the document to keep, because the 20% fee written there is a figure you can point to if the rate ever moves. That puts LoyalFans alongside Fansly, which writes 80% verbatim into its terms of service, or OnlyFans, whose flat 20% is corroborated by its parent company Fenix International filings showing $5.80 billion paid to creators out of $7.22 billion of gross merchandise value in FY2024, a 80.3% effective rate.
What LoyalFans still does not publish is the size of its payout method fees, which it shows only in account settings, or any per sale pending period. Some platforms go further and keep the rate itself private, FanCentro among them. If a published rate matters to you, see how the whole field lines up in our breakdown of the creator payout percentage each platform will actually commit to.
Its help center publishes plenty about pricing your own work, and its payout page and terms cover what it charges you. Here is where each figure lives.
| What LoyalFans does publish | The figure | Where it is documented |

LoyalFans holds a TrustScore of 1.7 out of 5 across 51 reviews on Trustpilot as of 1 September 2026. The distribution is the most extreme we have measured on any creator platform: 41 of the 51 reviews are one star, and there is not a single three star or four star review on the entire profile.
| Rating | Reviews | Share of all ratings |
|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 15.7% |
| 4 star | 0 | 0.0% |
| 3 star | 0 | 0.0% |
| 2 star | 2 | 3.9% |
| 1 star | 41 | 80.4% |
The raw arithmetic mean of those 51 ratings is 1.67, which is almost exactly the 1.7 that Trustpilot displays. That alignment is itself worth noting. FeetFinder, by contrast, shows a TrustScore of 3.0 while its true lifetime mean is 4.49, because Trustpilot weights recent reviews more heavily and only 8% of FeetFinder reviews are recent. LoyalFans gets no such gap. Its score is low because its reviews are low, across all five years of the profile.
We have now pulled the complete public Trustpilot record for four platforms in this space. Putting them side by side shows where LoyalFans is genuinely an outlier and where the numbers are misleading.
| Platform | Reviews | Displayed score | True average | 1 star | 3 or 4 star | Profile claimed | Replies to negatives |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LoyalFans | 51 | 1.7 | 1.67 | 80.4% | 0.0% | No | 0% |
| SextPanther | 65 | 3.7 | 3.58 | 30.8% | 3.1% | Yes | 60% |
| FeetFinder | 3,712 | 3.0 | 4.49 | 8.8% | 8.9% | Yes | 91.4% |
| FunWithFeet (.co.uk) | 128 | 4.4 | 4.43 | 6.3% | 15.6% | No | 0% |
Two patterns come out of this. First, creator platform reviews are barbell shaped everywhere: almost nobody leaves a middle rating. SextPanther has two reviews in the entire three and four star band out of 65. LoyalFans has none out of 51. People either got paid and are delighted or did not and are furious.
Second, and more usefully, look at the last two columns. FeetFinder answers 91.4% of its negative reviews. SextPanther answers 60%, taking an average of 11 days. LoyalFans has not claimed its profile and has answered none. That is the difference you can actually act on, because it predicts what happens when you have a problem.
We read all 46 reviews Trustpilot serves on the profile, covering 6 April 2021 to 14 August 2026, and coded the 38 rated one or two stars by theme. A review can count in more than one row.
| What the complaint is about | Reviews mentioning it | Share of the 38 |
|---|---|---|
| Support that does not answer | 14 | 37% |
| Verification or application problems | 14 | 37% |
| Calls LoyalFans a scam outright | 13 | 34% |
| Money that did not arrive | 12 | 32% |
| Card charged or refund refused | 10 | 26% |
| Cannot delete the account or the data | 7 | 18% |
Support is the thread running through everything. LoyalFans publishes exactly one support channel, an email address, with no phone line, no live chat and no ticket portal, and 37% of the negative reviews are people saying that channel did not answer them. The verification complaints are the ones most specific to creators: applicants describing rejections with no reason given, and inconsistent approval standards between accounts with similar followings.
This is the caveat that most pages quoting a 1.7 will not give you, and it changes how much weight the number deserves. The LoyalFans profile is small, unclaimed and self selected. Fifty one reviews is nothing next to FeetFinder’s 3,712. Nobody is inviting satisfied users to leave feedback, so the people who show up are overwhelmingly the ones with a grievance. Any unclaimed profile skews this way by construction.
More importantly, most of these reviewers are fans, not creators. Reading the text rather than the stars, a large share are subscribers complaining about card declines and fraud alerts, about models they felt were unresponsive, or about billing they could not reverse. Those are real complaints, but they tell you about the fan experience, not about whether you will get paid.
So do not read 1.7 as eighty percent of LoyalFans creators being unhappy. The honest reading is narrower and still useful: a handful of creators describe being banned shortly before a payout or promoting hard and not being paid, the application process draws repeated and specific complaints, and the company does not engage with any of it publicly.
The feature set is the real reason to consider it, and it is better than most of its competitors. LoyalFans is built around interactive selling rather than a passive feed. You can run live shows with three tiered tip goals and a minimum tip to participate at each level, take paid one on one calls, sell clips and voice notes through separate video and audio stores, price messages differently for individual fans, and run shoutouts with 3, 7 or 14 day delivery windows. The Kiiroo and Lovense integrations put it ahead of subscription-first platforms for cam style work.
If your income comes from selling experiences and live time rather than a monthly feed, that toolkit is a genuine advantage over a plain subscription site.
Use it as a second platform, not your only one, and go in with your expectations set by what is documented rather than what is repeated. The live and one on one tools are strong. The support model is one email address with a public record of not answering, and the rate and payout rules sit in its terms and on its payout page rather than in the help center, so save a copy of both before you start. Those are not reasons to avoid the platform outright. They are reasons not to make it the single place your income lives.
Whatever you choose, do not let one platform hold your whole business. Keep your own fan list, run at least two revenue sources, and read the payout terms before you need them rather than after.
HerFans charges a flat 20%, so you keep 80%. It is on our pricing page in writing, not something you have to reconstruct from a forum thread.
You see the schedule, the minimum and the methods on one pricing page, with no payout fee hidden in account settings.
Our whole reason for existing is that creators get treated as an account number. Real replies, from real people, on a stated timeline.
Privacy by design, content protection, and a platform that does not quietly change what it keeps from your earnings.
Sign up in seconds with email, pick a creator name, and set up your profile. No upfront cost.
Upload photos and videos, set a monthly subscription price, and lock premium posts behind pay-per-view.
Fans subscribe, tip and unlock your content. You ask for a payout from your dashboard once your available balance reaches the published minimum. Each sale is pending for 30 days, the period in which refunds and most card disputes arrive, and 10% of it is held as a reserve until day 120. For a sale paid by card, the reserve is held longer, up to day 206, because our card processor keeps its own reserve on that payment for 26 weeks and it is released to you once it has been returned to us.
