The rate a platform keeps is only half the question. The other half is how the money reaches you, how long it waits first, and what comes off on the way. Here is what each platform publishes, quoted from its own pages.

OnlyFans does not publish its payout methods. Its help center says how you get paid "will depend on where you live", names no method at all, and quotes a $20 minimum "for most payout methods", so every article listing OnlyFans payout options is repeating what creators report rather than what OnlyFans states. What creators do report is bank transfer plus adult-friendly e-wallets such as Paxum and Skrill, varying by country. The alternatives are more specific: Fanvue publishes a fee on exactly one method, Fansly publishes a floor five times higher on one of its rails than the others, Clips4Sale pays once a month on the 7th, and HerFans pays to an IBAN or PayPal from $10 with no payout fee, within 3 business days, after a 30 day pending period per sale (10% reserve to day 120).
If you are a fan looking for OnlyFans crypto payments rather than a creator being paid, OnlyFans takes cards only, and our guide to paying for OnlyFans with crypto covers what works. We run HerFans, so read this knowing that. It is also why every OnlyFans and rival fact below is quoted from the platform’s own help center or terms, read in September 2026, rather than from the agency blogs and script vendors that fill this search.
The public answer is that OnlyFans does not say. The help article "How do I get paid my earnings on OnlyFans?" states, in full, that "the way you can receive your payments will depend on where you live", that "different available payout methods have different options", and that "for most payout methods" the minimum withdrawal is $20. It lists not one method by name.
What creators see inside the account, and what agency blogs then repeat, is bank transfer plus the adult-friendly e-wallets, mainly Paxum and Skrill, with availability that changes by country. Both e-wallets run their own identity checks, charge their own fees and, in most countries, expect a bank account on the other side eventually. That is worth knowing before you pick a platform on the strength of a payout list somebody else wrote for it.
These are the rails each platform names on its own pages. Where a company publishes nothing, the table says so instead of guessing.
| Platform | What it pays to | Minimum and fee | Where it says so |
|---|---|---|---|
| OnlyFans | Not published. Creators report bank transfer plus Paxum or Skrill, by country | $20 minimum "for most payout methods"; no fee published | onlyfans.com/help, "How do I get paid my earnings" |
| Fanvue | Bank transfer, Masspay, Cosmo and a crypto option through TripleA. PayPal is explicitly not available | $20 minimum balance; the TripleA route carries a 1% fee and is the only Fanvue method with one | help.fanvue.com, Payout fees on Fanvue; Payout methods available on Fanvue |
| Fansly | Paxum, US ACH, SEPA, SWIFT and a crypto option | $20 for Paxum and US ACH, $100 for the crypto route; every sale pends seven days first | Fansly terms and payout page |
| Clips4Sale | ACH and check for US stores, plus a USDT option | $50 minimum for US stores, monthly on the 7th; the USDT route costs $10 a payout, ACH and check are free | clips4salecreator.freshdesk.com |
| Stripchat | Bank and e-wallets, plus coin options reported by industry press rather than by Stripchat | About $50 on the cheaper reported routes, $100 on others, weekly (industry press, not a Stripchat page) | BCAMS, secondary |
| ManyVids | Bank and e-wallets; the help center is behind a bot wall so we could not confirm the full list today | Weekly Wednesdays, $50 minimum on every method | help.manyvids.com (rate card verified 2026-09-16) |
| HerFans | A bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal, in your own name | $10 minimum, no payout fee, sent within 3 business days, after a 30 day pending period per sale (10% reserve to day 120) | Your HerFans dashboard, Request payout |
Two things stand out in that table. Fansly charges no payout fee but sets the floor on one of its rails five times higher than on the others, so the rail you pick decides how long you wait. Fanvue charges on exactly one method, which tells you plainly which one costs it more to send. And a monthly schedule, as at Clips4Sale, is a different business from a weekly one: the cash-flow gap between the 7th and the 7th is where most new sellers get caught.
For the OnlyFans side in full, including which e-wallets closed and which minimums apply where, see our page on OnlyFans payment methods and payout options. If you are choosing between platforms on the rate rather than the rail, start with creator payout percentages by platform.
You can sell on OnlyFans without a bank account, but you cannot be paid without a bank or an e-wallet that itself wants identity documents and, in most cases, a bank on the other side eventually. Paxum and Skrill are the routes creators use, with their own minimums and their own fees. We walk through both in how to get paid on OnlyFans without a bank account.
Why this comes up at all: banks do close accounts over adult income, often without giving a reason, and a payout labelled with a creator platform on a statement is what tends to trigger the review. That is a real problem and it deserves a real answer rather than a workaround sold to you by whoever ranks for the phrase. The practical answer is a separate account used only for this income, opened in the knowledge of what it is for, which is the ground our guide to a bank account for creator income covers.
You verify once, sell, and ask for the money when you want it. Every sale lands in one balance at the same flat 20%: subscriptions, paid posts, paid messages and tips. From there:
Two things we tell every creator before her first request. Put the destination details in before you need them rather than on the day, because a mistyped account number is the one delay nobody can shorten. And make sure the account is in your own name: a payout to somebody else’s account is the pattern every payments provider treats as a warning sign, and it is the fastest way to get your own money held up.
The platform side is usually the cheap part. The costs live in the rail and in what your own bank does at the other end.
| Cost | Who charges it | What decides it |
|---|---|---|
| Platform payout fee | The platform. Fanvue charges 1% on one method, Clips4Sale $10 on one; HerFans charges nothing | The rail you choose |
| Receiving fee | Your bank or e-wallet, not the platform | Whether the transfer is domestic or crosses a border |
| Currency conversion | Whoever converts it, usually your bank | Earning in dollars and banking in another currency |
| Waiting | Nobody charges for it, and it is the real cost | Pending periods and payout schedules. Fansly pends every sale seven days; Clips4Sale pays monthly |
| Tax | You, at the end of the year | This is self-employment income on every platform on this page |
On tax: a payout is income when it arrives, whatever rail it came in on, and no payout method makes creator income invisible or untaxed. Keep the payout emails and your platform statements together. Our guide to creator taxes covers the 1099 thresholds and the self-employment math that apply the same way to every platform listed here.
Search this topic and you will meet a long list of platforms promising a better payout than OnlyFans, some of them barely trading. Three questions sort them out quickly, and all three are answerable from a platform’s own pages in five minutes.
Pick by what you sell, then by the floor and the schedule. A clip seller with a catalogue should look hard at Clips4Sale, accepting 60% on clips and a monthly cycle. A subscription creator with a mid-size audience gets an 80% rate on Fanvue or Fansly, with Fanvue’s lower floor against Fansly’s seven-day pending period. A creator who wants one flat rate on everything, a $10 floor, an identity check on every creator and a platform for women only picks HerFans, with the honest trade that we are smaller and you bring your own fans. Our best OnlyFans alternatives comparison ranks the same platforms on rate, payout speed and audience if the payout is one factor among several rather than the deciding one.
What each platform pays to, the floor and fee it publishes, and who each suits. Platform facts from each help center or terms, September 2026.
| Platform | Creator keeps | Payouts | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| HerFans | 80% of every sale type | To an IBAN or PayPal, $10 minimum, no fee, within 3 business days, after a 30 day pending period per sale (10% reserve to day 120) | Women creators who want one rate and a low floor |
| Fanvue | 80% | Bank transfer free at a $20 minimum; one method carries a 1% fee | Subscription creators who want the lowest floor |
| Fansly | 80% | $20 on Paxum and US ACH, $100 on the crypto rail, seven-day pending | Creators who already clear the floor every cycle |
| Clips4Sale | 60% clips, 80% tips and customs | Monthly on the 7th, $50 minimum, ACH and check free | Fetish and clip sellers with a catalogue |
| Stripchat | About 50% to 60% of token spend | Weekly, about $50 on the cheaper reported routes | Cam performers who earn live |
| OnlyFans | 80% | No method published; $20 minimum "for most payout methods" | Creators whose audience is already there |
Fees and payout terms are set by each platform and can change. Figures reflect publicly listed terms; check each site for current rates.
Every sale sits in one balance at a flat 20%. Request a payout from the dashboard with an IBAN or a PayPal account in your own name, from $10, and it is sent within 3 business days, after a 30 day pending period per sale (10% reserve to day 120), with no payout fee. Identity is verified before the first payout. The limits are real: women creators only, a smaller audience than OnlyFans, and one open payout request at a time. Create your creator account and set the payout details before your first sale.
Fanvue lists bank transfer, Masspay, Cosmo and a crypto option as payout methods and says PayPal is not available. Its payout-fees article names the TripleA route as the only method with a fee, 1%, deducted from the withdrawal when you request it, with the net shown before you confirm. The standard rate is 80%; the 85% for 2022 joiners has ended, per Fanvue’s own help center.
Fansly pays a flat 80%, written into its terms, and lists Paxum, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT and a crypto option. The floor moves with the rail: $20 for Paxum or US ACH against $100 for the crypto route. Every sale also pends seven days to the hour before it can be withdrawn, so plan on nine to twelve days from a fan’s payment to money in your account.
Clips4Sale’s creator help center lists free ACH and check for US stores and a USDT option at a $10 fee. Payouts run once a month on the 7th with a $50 minimum in the US. Clips pay 60%, tips and customs 80%, and the company says it covers all chargebacks. Right for a fetish catalogue, wrong for a subscription business that needs weekly cash flow.
Industry press reports weekly payouts on Tuesdays with floors around $50 on the cheaper routes and $100 on others, but we could not find the terms on a Stripchat page, so treat the figures as unconfirmed. The model’s share works out at about $0.05 per token, roughly half of what the viewer paid. Our Stripchat review covers the payout and safety questions in full.
OnlyFans’ help center answers "How do I get paid my earnings?" with "it depends on where you live" and a $20 minimum for most methods. Bank transfer, Paxum and Skrill are what creators report, not what the company states. The audience is the reason to be there; the transparency of the payout page is not.
The OnlyFans line on this page is its own help center, read in September 2026: no payout method named anywhere. The rivals’ minimums, fees and schedules come from their help centers too.
HerFans pays to an IBAN or a PayPal account in your own name, with no payout fee, within 3 business days, after a 30 day pending period per sale (10% reserve to day 120), once your identity has been verified.
Subscriptions, paid posts, paid messages and tips all pay 80%. There is no seller plan and no different rate per product.
Every payout request is reviewed and sent by hand, which is why the promise is three business days and why there is no fee on top of it.

Fans subscribe, tip and unlock your content. You ask for a payout from your dashboard once your available balance reaches the published minimum. Each sale is pending for 30 days, the period in which refunds and most card disputes arrive, and 10% of it is held as a reserve until day 120. For a sale paid by card, the reserve is held longer, up to day 206, because our card processor keeps its own reserve on that payment for 26 weeks and it is released to you once it has been returned to us.
