Fanvue Payouts Review 2026, Fees and Payout Time
Free to join, one flat fee on what you sell, and no monthly seller subscription.
Fanvue pays creators on request, not on a schedule. Each sale sits in a pending balance for 7 days as standard, then you can withdraw once you have at least $20 available and have uploaded 5 pieces of content. The help center says money arrives in 3 to 5 business days, while Fanvue’s payout policy only promises to start sending within 10 business days. Bank transfer, MassPay and Cosmo carry no Fanvue fee, crypto costs 1%, and PayPal is not offered.
Most articles about Fanvue payouts quote the help center and stop there. We also read Fanvue’s Creator Earnings and Payouts policy, updated 22 April 2026, which is the document that binds you, and the two do not always say the same thing. Where they differ, both are below. We run HerFans, a competing platform, so read our comparison at the end with that in mind.
How do Fanvue payouts work?
When a fan pays you for a subscription, a tip, a pay to view message or a bundle, your share lands in your pending balance. After the pending period it moves to your available balance, and from there you request a payout under Earnings and Payouts. Nothing is paid automatically. You pick a saved payout method, enter an amount and confirm, and Fanvue shows the fee and the net amount before you do.
| Payout rule | What Fanvue says | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | $20 in your Available Balance, higher in some regions | Help center |
| Before your first payout | At least 5 pieces of content uploaded and every co-creator verified | Help center |
| Pending period | 7 days as standard, up to 28 days by policy, 30 days if the fan has not verified an email | Policy and help center |
| New payout method | In review for a security check of up to 24 hours | Help center |
| Time to arrive | 3 to 5 business days by the help center; initiated within 10 business days by the policy | Both |
| Fanvue payout fee | 1% on crypto via TripleA, none on other methods | Help center |
| Schedule | On request, any time your available balance allows | Policy |
The minimum is officially $20 but Fanvue says it varies by region, so check the figure in your own payout screen before planning around it. The 5 piece content rule catches new creators who try to withdraw their first tips before they have built a page.
How long do Fanvue payouts take?
About 10 days from a sale to your bank in a normal case, and up to about six weeks when the rules stack against you. The pending period is the long part. Fanvue’s help center says it usually takes 7 days and can run to 30 when the paying fan has not verified an email address. The policy says 7 days as standard and up to 28, decided by Fanvue’s fraud and risk systems and changeable without notice.
| Scenario | Pending | Security check | Sending | Roughly from sale to money |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Best case, saved bank method | 7 days | None | 3 business days | About 10 days |
| First payout, new method | 7 days | Up to 24 hours | 3 to 5 business days | About 11 to 14 days |
| Fan with an unverified email | 30 days | None | 3 to 5 business days | About 5 weeks |
| Worst case the policy allows | 28 days | Up to 24 hours | Up to 10 business days to start | About 6 weeks |
The sending time is the other gap. The help center says a request is processed immediately and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. The policy says Fanvue aims to initiate valid requests within 10 business days, and that investigations, bank delays or wrong payment details can push it further. If your payout is late but still inside ten business days, Fanvue is within its own terms.

What payout methods does Fanvue offer?
Bank transfer everywhere, plus MassPay, Cosmo and crypto depending on where you live. You can save up to 10 methods, set one as the default and switch at the moment you withdraw. Since August 2026 only the creator can add, change or remove a payout method. Agencies and managers with access to your account cannot, which closes a loophole some creators learned about the hard way.
| Method | Fanvue fee | What else to know |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | None | Available everywhere. US creators enter an account number and routing number, not card details. |
| MassPay eWallet | None from Fanvue | MassPay charges its own fee when you move money out, from about $1. Unspent funds can be reversed to Fanvue by support. |
| Cosmo eWallet | None from Fanvue | Saved by its secondary account number. |
| Crypto via TripleA | 1% | The only method with a Fanvue fee. Fanvue does not store the wallet details. |
| PayPal | Not available | Fanvue says PayPal is not offered at this time. |
For a US creator, a bank transfer to a checking account is the simplest and cheapest route. MassPay suits creators who want to move money onward to a card or another wallet, at MassPay’s own price. Crypto through TripleA is the only option where Fanvue itself takes a cut.
What are Fanvue’s payout fees?
Fanvue charges a payout fee on one method only: 1% on crypto withdrawals through TripleA. Bank transfer, MassPay and Cosmo carry no Fanvue fee, though MassPay and your own bank can charge theirs. The fee is taken from the withdrawal when you request it, not from your balance in advance, and you see the net amount before you confirm.
The bigger number is the platform fee, which comes out before anything reaches your balance. The policy sets the standard creator rate at 80%, so Fanvue keeps 20% of every subscription, tip and message. Fanvue’s creator page advertises 85% in a creator’s first month, and the policy describes such offers as promotional rates it can extend, reduce or withdraw at its discretion. On $1,000 of sales in a normal month you receive $800, and a 1% crypto withdrawal of that costs another $8.
Why is my Fanvue payout pending or under review?
Usually for one of four reasons. The sale is still inside its pending period, which is 30 days when the fan who paid has not verified an email. The payout method is new and still in its security review, which can take up to 24 hours. Your balance is under the regional minimum or you have fewer than 5 pieces of content. Or the account is part of a fraud, content or compliance check, which the policy says can delay a payout beyond the normal window.
Add new payout methods well before you need them, so the review is done when you withdraw. If money seems to be missing, raise it fast: the policy gives you 30 days from the transaction to report a payout you did not receive or an amount you think is wrong, and after that no adjustments are made. Matching every payout against the deposits in your bank account each month, with a spreadsheet or account reconciliation software, is the simplest way to catch a gap inside that window.
The fine print most Fanvue payout guides skip
Three clauses in the April 2026 policy are worth knowing before you build a business on Fanvue. First, balances you leave untouched for 12 months are classed as dormant. For US creators the money eventually goes to your state’s unclaimed property office, which you can reclaim from. For UK, EU and most other creators, the policy says you are deemed to have waived it, although Fanvue may pay a late claim at its discretion.
Second, your balance is a contractual debt Fanvue owes you. The policy states it is not held on trust and is not client money. Third, refunds and chargebacks come out of your balance or future payouts, and if your chargeback or dispute rate goes above 1.5% in any rolling 30 days, Fanvue may charge a $50 administrative fee for each extra dispute.
Fanvue payouts compared with other platforms
On share and speed, Fanvue sits with the big subscription platforms: 80%, a week of pending, a $20 minimum. Its real advantages are the payout method choice and the transparency of its help center. Its weak spot is the gap between the help center and the policy on how long sending takes.
| Platform | Creator share | Pending before you can withdraw | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fanvue | 80% (85% in month one while the offer runs) | 7 days, up to 28 or 30 | $20 |
| OnlyFans | 80% | About 7 days, rolling | $20 for most methods |
| Fansly | 80% | 7 days, then about 48 hours of approval | $20 for most methods |
| HerFans | 80% | 30 days, 10% reserve until day 120 | $10 |
HerFans is the slowest on this table to a first payout, and we would rather say so here than have you find out. Where HerFans fits
HerFans is a subscription platform for women who sell photos and video of themselves. You keep 80% of every subscription, paid post, paid message and tip, and there is no monthly plan and no payout fee from us. Every paid copy is stamped with the buyer’s handle and account number, so a leak points back to whoever shared it. A person reviews every creator’s ID before she can publish or be paid.
The trade off is the one in the table: each sale is pending for 30 days and 10% stays in reserve until day 120. After that you request a payout from $10 to an IBAN or a PayPal account in your own name, and it is sent within 3 business days. Many creators keep their main page where it is and open a second one for their most loyal fans. The fee is one number on our pricing page, and you can open a HerFans creator page in a few minutes.
